Photoshop Clipping mask tutorial

Clipping mask 

First create a new layer .

Now make a shape on which you want to clip the image . Here I am using the curved rectangle . Chose the rectangle make sure that you have selected pixels. 

Now draw a rectangle. 

Now open the image you want to clip . 

Now select and copy the image " CTRL A and CTRL C " and paste it above the layer 1 "CTRL V" .  

Make sure that the image layer should be above the shape layer . now adjust the image on the shape which we you have created by using " CRTL T". and selection tool .

Now go to layer --> clipping mask and click it .

 You are done .. :)

You can do it with any shape but make sure that the shape layer should be below the image layer . Image layer should always be above the shape layer on which you want to clip the image. You can try it on any shape .
